To help stabilize a bowing foundation wall, we installed 4 galvanized steel "I" beams. These PowerBraces are secured to the floor or foundation footing, and then secured at the top to the existing floor joists.
To help stabilize a bowing foundation wall, we dig a hole on the property away from the foundation. Then, inside the home, we drive a 3/4", galvanized steel rod through an anchor plate which is secured to the inside wall. The steel rod then gets connected to an earth anchor – reinforced with rebar and concrete – inside the hole on the property.
This customer had a finished basement that was getting ruined by a crack under his window. The solution was to seal with an Epoxy Crack Injection.
