Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Customer was very concerned about rotting floor joists and beams.  We installed new jacks, beams, and posts for this happy customer.  

This Valparaiso resident was not happy with the conditions of his crawlspace.  It was wet, muddy, and would cause high humidity levels in his living space.  He called in to get a free estimate, so we could diagnose the root of these issues.  

Our System Design Specialist, Chris Young, evaluated this property.  He quickly determined this crawlspace needed a perimeter of Drain Tile, a SuperSump®, an Underground Downspout and IceGuard, and he chose to encapsulate the crawlspace with a vapor barrier, CleanSpace®.
