I recently had a "Waterguard" system installed by your company and want to let you know how I feel about the service I received. As a consumer yourself, I know you understand that when spending a substantial amount of money on a home repair or improvement we are concerned first and foremost that the people we deal with are honest and then they do quality work.
When I first discovered seepage in my basement I went to the yellow pages to find somebody to fix the problem. The professional appearance of your ad immediately caught my eye so I called Nova. I have to say, from the first phone call to the completion of the work, I have found Nova to be a quality and professional organization.
I was first impressed that a letter confirming the appointment and providing additional information followed up my phone call. Then Phil arrived to give me the "bad" news. That is, what I needed done and what it would cost. I found Phil to be both a nice guy and a good salesman as he explained in detail what was causing the problem and then what my options were to correct it. Most importantly, he in no way pressured me to choose the most expensive means of controlling my water problem. After talking with Phil, I was able to make an informed decision as to what I thought would be best for me.
I also want to complement the workers who did the job. This is "grunt" work and these guys certainly earn their money. All of them were friendly, professional and gladly answered all my questions. They went out of their way to leave the basement as dust-free as possible and I greatly appreciate that.
Now all that is left is for a downpour to see how the system works. I am confident that it will perform to my expectations and am glad that should I encounter a problem I need only to call and somebody will be out to correct it. Finally, because of my experience with Nova, will gladly recommend your company to others.
