This room went from aged to looking brand new after our crew was finished.
Water was finding its way into this Bremen basement through a pipe that went through the poured foundation. We ground down around that pipe and applied an Epoxy Pipe Patch.
It can be annoying when you have to move a downspout in order to mow your lawn. Even worse yet, they could be allowing roof water to deposit close to your foundation, and can cause seepage. Our Underground Downspouts are buried and placed typically fifteen feet away from the home.
This flooded crawlspace was in need of waterproofing and a vapor barrier upon our initial inspection. We found inches of water throughout the entire crawlspace, so we placed drain tile around the perimeter. We also installed jacks, and encapsulated the walls and dirt floor.
During inspection our estimator could easily see that the cinderblocks were holding onto water and allowing that water to seep through over time. We installed a combination of DryTrak and WaterGuard to drain and channel that water into a UltraSump pump.
