This Valparaiso, Indiana customer called us after a HVAC worker noticed she had water seepage and mold concerns in her crawlspace. She already knew she wanted a team to install a vapor barrier throughout her crawlspace and also address seepage because she lives on a high water table. Niles Goodman was the System Design Specialist that helped her with a plan to combat these issues. He found that Drain Tile, CleansSpace Encapsulation, and a TripleSafe Sump Pump would be the right fit for her space.
This Valparaiso, Indiana resident had an HVAC company take care of a plumbing issue and they let her know that she had high levels of humidity and condensation in her crawlspace. They recommended she call us and give her a free estimate for the repairs that would be needed. Our System Design Specialist, Niles Goodman, found the best solution was to sink Drain Tile into the dirt, add a layer of CleanSpace Encapsulation, dehumidify the space with an AprilAire, and discharge ground water with a TripleSafe Sump pump.
