Nova Basement Systems Before & After Photos

The Emeshield wall flashing membrane was installed from the top of the foundation running down to the top of the Michigan ledge. On top of the Michigan Ledge we installed Drainage Matting that will flash water from that flat plane to the floor, and the Emeshield will encapsulate the entire area in order to allow the water to take the free path of travel down to the Drytrak at the base of the wall.

To help manage moisture and humidity, we installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation System over the exterior walls, across the floor, and around all existing pilasters. The CleanSpace is buttoned along the walls, with all seams on the walls and floor overlapped, sealed with urethane, and secured with industrial tape.

This customer found water coming in through a basement closet.  We installed a perimeter of WaterGuard to capture the water that was seeping in.  

Water had pushed its way up through this old basement floor for so many years that it began to weaken and break apart.  We installed an entire perimeter dewatering system, along with a newly poured concrete floor.  

The SuperSump pump offers reliability and high-volume pumping. A built-in alarm alerts when water levels are to high. It also comes with an airtight sump cover lid is safer and keeps out insects and odors.
