This old farmhouse foundation had seepage from every wall. We installed a perimeter system of WaterGuard to capture this seepage.
When we encapsulate a crawlspace, we can also seal off the entryway so moisture and critters don't have a way inside.
A large vertical crack formed over time in this Denver, Indiana poured foundation. A two step epoxy crack injection was able to seal this crack and it then prevented water from entering through the wall.

This Syracuse, Indiana crawlspace was experiencing high levels of moisture, and even standing water at times. We placed Drain Tile in the ground to guide ground water to a sump pump. We then encapsulated the entire space with a 20 ml CleanSpace vapor barrier on the floor, and a 10 ml along the walls.
