A corner on this beautiful Granger home was splitting. We attached two horizontal fortress straps and an epoxy wall injection.
This South Bend, Indiana home was on the market for over a month. An inspection came back that the crawlspace had standing water, and this issue was to problematic for potential buyers to commit to.
We had done several homes for this particular realtor in the past, so she knew we would address this in a timely fashion and provide great customer service.
Niles went out to the property to find the right solution for this particular home.
The crew installed drainage matting and drain tile to clear out that standing water. They also installed a SuperSump with and underground discharge line to eject that water away from the foundation.
Once our project was complete the home sold right away!
This poor customer had just purchased a home with problems that were not found in their inspection. Desperate to save his belongings he called us because we are a local company.
Our Design Specialist, Niles, responded and found that a high water table was creating pressure beneath the floor and was pushing water up through a hole. The customer wanted to ensure that he would have a dry basement, so Niles found the right solution was to install a full perimeter system.
The crew got to work and installed a full WaterGuard perimeter that would push water to a TripleSafe Sump Pump and would eject water into an UnderGround DownSpout.
Now, the new homeowner is able to enjoy his purchase without the fear of flooding.
