Your Expert Porter County, IN Crawl Space, Basement & Foundation Repair Company

This Portage customer was familiar with water in his crawl.  He had noticed water over 20 years ago, and he had a sump pump installed by another company.  It had seemed to resolve his problems, until torrential rains hit his area hard.  His pump began running constantly, and he noticed black mold growing directly above his crawl, in his bedroom.  He called us in to get a permanent solution.

As unfortunate for the homeowner as this problem was, it was just another day at the job for our Estimator, Phil Droege.  He knew exactly what this crawl needed for a permanent water free crawlspace.  He drew up plans to have 2 SuperSumps installed at the crawls lowest points.  Also a Sanidry Dehumidifier, and drain tile for the perimeter. He also wanted to prevent moisture from the Earth to rise into his foundation, and suggested a Cleanspace vapor barrier system.  Lastly, he encouraged to have the crawls vents sealed.  

Our crew came and in 4 days they transformed his dirty, wet crawlspace into a space he could actually use for storage.  He has had no more water or mold issues, and he is a happy Nova customer.  

This beautiful Chesterton, Indiana home sat vacant and could not get a buyer.  The bank that owned the home had hired two other companies to fix the issues at hand.  After a third inspection, and a couple wanting to purchase the home, we were called in.  We reworked the underground downspouts that were installed, added TripleSafe, and put a Waterguard System in place. This Valparaiso resident called us with concerns of water seepage and sagging floors.  He had previous work done by our company and felt comfortable that we were the company to call.

Our Design Specialist, Chris Young, was able to diagnose his crawlspace issues came up with the right solution and design for his needs. 

Our crew got to work and installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation, a SuperSump, and AprilAire Dehumidifier, 13 new Pads and Posts, and a new 4x6 beam.

This Wheeler, Indiana resident found water seeping into his basement.  He couldn't find the source of the water seepage so he called us out to investigate. 

Upon arrival to his home, our estimator quickly found that water was making its way in through the cove joint, where the wall and floor meet.  Our estimator designed a system that would capture water at that joint, and push it to a sump pump.  It would then get ejected through a discharge line we would bury outside of his home.  

This design proved to be the right fit when the rains tested our system, and there was no seepage!
