This customer called in with concerns of his foundaiton bowing. His cinderblock foundation was cracking and pushing inward. He called us to hear about how we approach these situations.
Our Design Specialist found quickly that this foundation needed a Wall Anchor System. He estimated that the customer would need ten wall anchors, and that would guarantee the wall would be stabilized. Our Wall Anchors come with a Life-Time transferable warranty.
Our three man crew hand dug, five out of ten anchors, and they were able to complete the job in one day!
Frustrated with fighting water protrusion, every time it rained, this Hammond resident called us for help.
Upon arrival to her home, our estimator quickly found that she was living on a high water table, and water was pushing up through the floor. He knew she needed a Lateral Drain to relieve that hydrostatic pressure. He also recommended a perimeter system of WaterGuard to ensure all seepage would make its way to a sump pump to be ejected from the home.
We installed our system and the homeowner has kept up with annual maintenance to keep her clear of debris and clogging.
