To help stabilize the west bowing foundation wall, we augered holes on the property, away from the foundation. Then, inside the home, we drove a 3/4", galvanized steel rods through anchor plates which are secured to the inside wall. The steel rods were then connected to an earth anchor - reinforced with rebar and concrete - inside the hole on the property.
