CleanSpace Encapsulation
We cleaned out all existing debris inside of the small crawlspace, disposing of the concrete and digging down to just below the top of the footing in order to gain height inside the crawlspace and removing the sand. The two doors were blocked in with concrete cinderblocks to close off those entries to the crawlspace, The Cleanspace Encapsulation was to be installed on the crawlspace walls as well as the floor to seal off moisture and dampness. In the rear of the house level we cut a custom entry into the foundation and installed an Everlast door hatch with 2 inch foam on the backside to insulate.
