Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: CleanSpace Encapsulation in Berrien Center, Michigan

Some of our before pictures show just how high the water levels were before this Berrien Center homeowner reached out to us for help.  We started the project by removing the last of the remaining water with pumps, until it was at a level we could work with.  We then we laid Drain Tile into the crawlspace floor, that then  connected to a SuperSump pump.  We then laid CleanSpace Encapsulation over the waterproofing system to keep all moisture and humidity below.  Lastly, we added an AprilAire Dehumidifier that would condition the air in the crawlspace, which deprives mold what it needs to grow.  What a transformation!
