The first phase of this project was to add a concrete cap on top of the Michigan ledge, and fix areas that are pitched back to the exterior wall. We concreted roughly a 1 inch thick cap and installed a SuperSump. The second phase was to install a layer of CleanSpace from the top of the wall, and down the Michigan ledge foundation, into a DryTrak perimeter system. The CleanSapce will act as a flashing, and will push water though the system to the SuperSump pump. We then ran a discharge line out through the yard about 15 feet so water would not recycle back into the foundation.
