This older Valparaiso home had a Michigan ledge foundation, and would take on water with Spring rains. Niles gave her an estimate to fix these issues in stages. The first stage was to apply EmeShield in the basement as an insulator and flashing for the future stage of waterproofing. We also encapsulated her crawlspace with CleanSpace to serve as a vapor barrier.
