Standing Water in Basement

Challenge

This gorgeous home in Michigan City, Indiana was experiencing standing water in their finished basement. They noticed several cracks in the floor where water was coming through. The home is located in an area with a high water table, so they wanted a permanent solution to their issues at hand.

Solution

We decided to install a Waterguard System and fill their floor cracks. After we addressed the water issues, the customers walls and floors dried up.

As you can see, this rug is drenched. The homeowners live on a high water table, and desperately needed the right solution.

One of the steps we took to fix their problem, was installing Waterguard on the perimeter of their basement. The block dried soon after.
