Hollis was excellent. Very respectful of me and my problems with my Michigan Basement. He was very informative and readily answered all questions I had.
Our Installation Crew
As good as it gets. They were prompt, professional, respectful of me and my property. They worked so hard all week without even taking breaks. Mike kept me informed throughout the project.
The Cleanup Process
I am amazed at how well the crew cleaned up at the end of each work day and upon project completion. They cleaned up ever speck of wood, sawdust, etc. and left no trace of cement mix behind in my yard or driveway.

An estimator from Servpro recommended NOVA. I am so glad they did, as I had previously had another company come out to do an estimate and I was not at all impressed with their presentation. And over two weeks later I still did not have their estimate in hand. NOVA's estimator, Hollis Dewitt, was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and quick to answer all of my questions. And he provided me with a written proposal on the same day he was here. I can't ay enough good things about NOVA!our service area
