Photo Album: Royal Center, Indiana

This Royal Center, Indiana home would experience condensation dripping down the basement walls.  This inspired the homeowner to call us and investigate how we could remedy that, and a couple other issues he felt needed fixed in his crawlspace as well.  Niles Goodman visited the home and found that a perimeter of WaterGuard was needed for the basement area.  He then opted to apply CleanSpace in the crawlspace area to combat the humidity levels.
