This Francesville, Indiana resident would get seepage along the walls of the basement in his 140 year old historic home. Chris Young was sent out to find the best solution to control that water and to also review the condition of the crawlspace. To preserve the health of the home, Chris designed a solution to remedy that seepage along with encapsulating the dirt crawlspace to control moisture and humidity levels.

Drainage Matting

We laid a layer of Drainage Matting down before pouring a new floor. This would ensure that any water pushing up through the floor from pressure, would be pushed to our system.

TripleSafe Sump Pump

This sump pump will ensure that if in the event of power loss, your sump pump will still run with battery backup.
