This Michigan City, Indiana family was growing and they needed additional rooms in their home. They called us to look at a seepage issue that had plagued the basement for years. They wanted to add a room in the basement, but wanted to ensure that the space would be mildew and mold free. They also knew that they didn't want to dump a ton of money into their basement, and have seepage ruin their investment. Chris Young designed a plan to relieve the hydrostatic floor pressure and to capture the water that came in at the floor and wall joint.
