Mike Flores

Mike began his career at NOVA in September of 2007. Starting with his boots on the ground, Mike started by both working in the field and as a CSR in the office. In late 2008, Mike took the next natural step and moved into estimating and designing projects for our customers. While estimating through the years, Mike also got more involved in the service department. Mike shared responsibilities as both the service coordinator for our existing customers and as a full-time estimator.

After Jim Nova's retirement in December of 2014, Mike moved on to become part owner of NOVA and transitioned away from estimating. In addition to the responsibilities of ownership, Mike became more in tune with the accounting department; and, Mike began managing, overseeing, and growing the employees at NOVA.

Overall, Mike loves providing our customers with safe and healthy homes. At the same time, Mike loves creating a family work environment and building a sense of pride in the work we do to help customers and each other.

When not diving into the business, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife, Alyse, daughter, Olive, and their three rescue dogs.
